This elegant stool was originally designed for Japanese restaurant Oki-Nami in Brighton in 2008. The brief was to create furnishings that reflected the attention to detail that defines Japanese craftsmanship, while also being suitably comfortable and durable to withstand heavy use in a restaurant environment.
Nazanin Kamali designed the interior of the restaurant and worked with Case to create the tables and seating. Crafted from solid oak or walnut, and available in two heights, the Oki-Nami Stool features an angled profile, matchstick legs and is finished with a soft leather seat pad for optimum comfort.
No assembly required.
